Good morning runners! Last night the Boston contingent continued with their build-up, although they went about things from different angles. A few were off track enjoying hills in volume, while others were on the track pumping 10 x 500m. Those were the two main workouts, with a few other runners doing Ks (morning group). Most of those I spoke with seemed pleased with their efforts and progress.
What is one small change you can make this week to enhance your training? Make that happen!
Rumor has it that next week some fast men and ladies are running a 5k TT – pacers are welcome.
