November 29, 2022

Great night to end November, as there were runners all over the track.  8s and 4s were the main course for most, along with a few mentions of miles and 200s.  Post track PBR consumption was strong until the chill and the call of the Fridge took runners in separate directions.  The group at the Fridge may not have solved all the worlds problems, but they surely took a deep dive into unlocking the next training cycle while enjoying a caloric gain for the evening.

Based off Turkey trot results and casual conversation, it sounds like runners are not going into the dark of winter quietly, but rather with a hunger for victory.  Judging by speeds tonight a late fall / early winter peak is in the cards for many.  For the rest of us (myself included) grab a coattail and go along for the ride.
