March 15, 2022

A great way to start daylight savings time with a cool but windless A.M. for those who worked out early (still some ice/snow in lane one) and spring-like temperatures for the evening. Most did the 300’s although group one was pounding out some 5:20 mile repeats with a push from Jeremy. The track was rather crowded (usually a good thing) but I think all of our runners were trying to observe track etiquette. A generally quiet close to the evening resulted in about 24 PBRs consumed – I think our runners are getting smarter or perhaps saving space for the Fridge.

Hoping for a good turnout for this Friday’s Tellus St. Patrick’s Day + 1 day – if you can make it you will be sure to be treated by some great limericks and get to see Sarah’s green fingernail and Dan’s cool new green Saucony racers!

Let me know if I missed you (no Strava only credits)

-Jeff
