A warm but windy night on the F and M track last evening – with everyone working hard running 200s, 600s, 800s, although some of group 2 opted torun on Tom Armstrong Blvd which was a good way to mix things up. Congrats to Sam who received a Tracksmith singlet for his outstanding racing performance last weekend in Harrisburg. This is hopefully a harbinger of what is to come from him and other group 1 runners as well as many more of our teammates who will finally get to race in the weeks ahead. Thanks again to Walter (Water) and Peter W (chocolate milk) All PRBs were consumed making the transition from cooler to recycling very easy and efficient.
ON / AT the Track: Addis, Alter, Antinucci, Arndt, Barber, Boben B, Charles, Gerstenbacher, Hodge, Kalinowski, Lavin PhD!, Luff, Kleinhaus, Kirchner, MacNeil, Matula, McMillan J, McMillan D, Mohler, Moore (killing it!), Nephin (I think he ran?) Newcomer W, O’Regan, Petraco, Roth, Smoker, Stauffer, Stoltzfus, Stoudt (coaching), Watson L, Wege, Weida, and perhaps a few more that I did not see.

- FMTC Board meeting 4/22 at 7 PM — updates from this will be forthcoming
- We are hoping to establish more consistent speed groups for Tuesday night workout (besides 1 and 3) – Adam Moore shared some of his thoughts last evening but we still need more leadership to make this happen.
