But for some headwind on the back strait – it was a near perfect running night on the F and M track with some impressive 400’s (70 – 60 ) run by our fast group one guys and the standard “ladder” run by those in group 3 with some pacing help from group 2’s Bill Boben. Chris and Sam pounded out some fast 2Ks + a few 200s to finish up. “Special beers” awarded to Dan, Denise, and Jay for their recent marathon efforts and a suprise appearance on the cover of March “Track and Field News” by Brian Petraco for his recent 10K performance.
