Great turnout for another cold January on a fast and dry F and M Track. 50+ by my count showing the commitment and dedication of our group to running / racing well. My thanks to Glen, Laura B, Walter, Brian M and a few others who worked together on our long but good 400m 10/10 workout…my legs felt it through the night….and Nick Lachman is back.

• Starting hopefully next week there will be a TUESDAY AM Track Option — maybe led by Peter Barber/ Meg Griffith
• Some indoor racing this weekend at F&M and if you are interested and able go – a group of us will be heading to NYC next Saturday to watch Otis, Caleb, Will, and Isaac – race the Men’s DMR at the Millrose Games (Armory)
