Not as cold as anticipated at the track but unfortunately the first 100m were ice-covered and barely runable/ but lot’s of runners who were doing improvisastional loops around the campus, 3m/1m fartlek, 17 x 300m, and 800s on the F and M Champs-Élysées off of Liberty Street. Thanks to Sam for the gift pictured above from his trail race – it kept my neck warm. Hopefully no falls recorded.
