Cold damp night on the track, but a great turnout for the year’s last workout. Sorry for the quick 7 pm departure on my part but this was for the greater good — Jeremy, Sarah, Laura, Jay, and I had a very productive club-related meeting last evening after track and some of our ideas / plans for 2020 will be forthcoming. Over the next 2 weeks I will send out informal Tuesday workouts and we WILL have Saturday group runs…I apologize for any one who did not get a pair of F and M socks – we ordered 90 but these went quickly…..
I also am giving a check in pass to all who ran on Saturday — rest day earned (if needed)
