Beautiful night on the F and M Track to close out October. Most of us ran the 6 x 1000m and kept the RIs honest. Brian, Nate and a few others cranked out some solid 2-mile repeats at 10 min+ pace. Hoping the Volvo will be back next week – thanks to Brian for taking the Cooler and myself home after track. NYC Marathon is this weekend – we will be represented by Eric Stratman – with a marathon run and “watch” 10 AM at Iron Hill led by Sarah….November 1st or after time to join USATF.
