Great turnout for the first track practice/workout of 2019!

Many were very good about checking with or without having the workout complete. Most of us did the 1/2/3/400 repeats – total track distance about 3.8 miles.

ON THE TRACK: Addis, Barber P, Boben B, Brenner, Charles, Cope, Dever, Dogger, Fife, Garland, Griffith, Gunzenhauser, Gunzenhauser-Weiss, Hodge, Hopkins, Kalinowski, Kirchner, Lachman, Lyons, MacNeil, Matula, Nephin, Newcomer, Peterson, Petraco, Previti, Richter, Shertzer, Simmons, Sollenberger (pushed me on the last 400!), Stauffer, Ubriaco, Weida, Welsh, and Zook.

CHECK IN: Southam, Dubs, McMillan, Gatchell, Gehman, Geissinger, Harriger, Oles, Kennedy, Bergman (workout done), Lutz, Alter, Arndt, Krebs, O’Regan, and Wege.

  1. Alternative Workout:

    12 x 400 w/ 400 jog or 2 min rest (whichever comes first). Goal pace should be current 5k pace.
